In order to begin designing your home around your lifestyle, we begin with a very simple step. You talk, we listen. We listen while you tell us about the way you are living life right now and what is important to you. Your focus may be your busy family life, your exciting retirement that is ahead, your hobbies, your pets, your career, your collections and the way you entertain.

Then we listen to what you love about our show homes, our speculation homes and the homes being built around yours. We listen to what you love about your current house as well as those things about your house that you wish you could change. We listen and we get to know you so that we begin to understand your lifestyle, your dreams, your needs and your desires. We listen carefully and use that information to help design a plan that is functional and well suited for you.
